With the spooky season in full swing, the Upper School had the opportunity to have fun while simultaneously doing good. This past week was host to a five-day food drive for New Bethany Ministries.
The Upper School was challenged to bring in 400 items in order to earn a mid-week breakfast buffet, and our student body pulled through! We collected well over 1,000 items and had a costume day and games to celebrate.
On Friday, the advisory from each grade that had the most donations got a chance to participate in our 2nd Annual Halloween Olympics. We had returning games, such as the apple bobbing and face painting, but also featured new ones, including the donut on a string and pumpkin bowling. At the end of the day, Mr. Axford's advisory triumphed for the second year in a row to cap off a successfully enriching week!
