Kay Haring, children's book author as well as sister to the late artist Keith Haring, visited the Downtown Campus virtually.

Author of Keith Haring: The Boy Who Just Kept Drawing, Kay Haring, Zoomed with learners on Friday, December 3. She read from her book, which chronicles her brother's childhood and his rise to fame in New York and on the international art scene. She then answered questions from students about her book, her brother's artwork, and his amazing life. 

Kay also recently held a family workshop with Lehigh University Art Galleries, where art inspired by her brother's work is currently on display as part of the Thinking Through Drawing Exhibition, which also features art from the Moravian Academy community.

The virtual assembly was an engaging and memorable experience for everyone!
