As the end of our regular season approaches, our teams will look to finish the season on a positive note.
Our Varsity Boys’ Swim Team continues to be undefeated in dual meets as they secured another win vs. Saucon Valley. The team’s record stands at 8-0 and they will look to finish the week with another strong performance as both the girls' and boys' swim teams host Pocono Mountain West. The girls’ record is 2-6. Please make sure to mark your calendars for our Senior Day recognition, set to take place on Friday, February 9, at 4:00 PM as the teams welcome Whitehall. Also looking ahead to the post season, the District XI Championships are on Friday, March 1 and Saturday, March 2 at Parkland High School.
With five games left in the regular season, the Varsity Boys’ Basketball Team will look to finish the season on a positive fashion. Senior Jackson Reid '24 led the Lions in scoring with 29 points as they defeated Palisades at home on Thursday night. Keeyan Miller '25 also scored 20 points to help the team secure the victory. The team will return to action on Monday as they travel to Saucon Valley for a Colonial League match up.
The Varsity Girls’ Basketball Team also won on Thursday night as they defeated Palisades on the road. The team’s record stands at 5-11 and they will also return to action on Monday as they welcome Saucon Valley for a 6:00 PM tipoff. During Monday’s game, we will welcome both of our Girls' Middle School Basketball teams to recognize players during our varsity game.
Spring sports are just around the corner! The official start of practices is Monday, March 4. Team sign ups have started. All ninth- through twelfth-grade students have received the information in their student Gmail account. Good luck to all of the athletes as they continue the winter season!
