Our varsity girls’ basketball team’s season came to an end in the District XI tournament semi-final round. The girls traveled to Martz Hall in Pottsville to play vs the #1 seed, Tri Valley. The Team finished the season with a 9-13 record. The future looks promising as they will return the entire group next season.
Our varsity boys’ basketball team unfortunately did not qualify for post-season play. The boys finished the year with a 7-15 record. With a strong core of players coming back and some talented underclassmen, the team will utilize this off-season to continue to develop.
As we head into spring break, next week, note that our teams will continue to prepare for their first competitions the week of March 21. Please continue to log on to moravianathletics.org to access practice and game schedules.
Go Lions!
