Dear Moravian Academy Families,
I want to share with you an important update about the financial decisions we shared in March due to the state-mandated school closures.
I appreciate your patience as we walk through this season together. As you know, the closure has been extended to the end of the school year. Moravian has issued additional credits for unused dining and transportation charges from April 6 through the end of the school year. These credits will be reflected on your April statement.
Several families have expressed a desire to utilize the credits in various ways. To accommodate these requests, we have made the following options available for our families:
- Apply the credit toward future billings.
- Request a check in the amount of the credit, net of any account balance.
- Donate the refund as a gift to Moravian Academy.
Please email me at jkirtland@mamail.net if you desire a refund check or you wish to donate the credits back to Moravian.
