Students will spend the week working with the children and families of the hillside villages of the Los Santos Region. These tranquil towns lie in the middle of the cloud forest in the heart of the tropical coffee-producing region of the country. Their residents are some of the most fun-loving, warm, and welcoming people on Earth. Come help them strengthen their sustainability practices with projects including organic coffee farming, permaculture and a local recycling program.

Spanish language experience is welcomed, but not required.

Come and hear more about this opportunity on Thursday, Feb. 20th at 6:00 pm in the Melhado Dining Room in Walter Hall.  Screen Shot 2020-02-11 at 8.57.39 AM
