Downtown Campus Pre-Kindergarten students had a blast on Blueberry Day.
Everyone wore blue to school, and they measured and mixed ingredients to make blueberry muffins for snack. We looked at pictures showing how blueberry bushes look in every season. Some students were surprised to see that blueberries can be green and pinkish before they are ripe and ready to harvest.
The students made a list of words that start with the letter B, and we read Blueberries for Sal during story time.
