Food for Thought

Last week, students in Grades 1-5 in the Devey dining hall were asked to try or re-try new foods. The students did not disappoint. As a whole they were able to try over 46 new foods that were in the cafeteria. Some of these foods included: radishes, olives, yogurt, cucumbers to name a few.
The top items of the week were....
1. Fish Sandwich
2. Curried Cauliflower
3. Tofu Cacciatore
4. Steamed Broccoli
5. Spinach Turnover
Lower School Director Mrs. Mindler read over each passport and was impressed with the students response and care given to the passports. The students were excited to learn they earned a dress down day on Thursday, February 6th.
We hope to explore more new foods in the future!
