Students in seventh and eighth grade recently had the chance to enjoy the sunshine together during their field days, and soon sixth-graders will enjoy a special field day of their own.
During their grade-level field day, students had the chance to bond with friends outside of their cohort since the event was held outside with masks. Seventh-graders launched rockets, while eighth-graders played mini-golf. Students competed in relay races in the style of our Red & Gold challenges and flexed their creative muscles with graffiti activities. Everyone was treated to sweet treats from the Kona Ice food truck and a special pizza lunch.
Next week, sixth-graders will take their turn to participate in a field day, complete with a barbecue lunch!
