The Improv tradition at the Downtown Campus Middle School moved into the school day this year by becoming an elective.
Students have had a lot of fun learning to be creative and think on their feet while playing theater improvisation games since the start of the year. The semester culminated in Pop Up Improv, an optional performance experience. On Friday, January 27, small student groups “popped up” in classrooms and played the games using suggestions from an interactive audience of peers. It was a great way to end the week.
