This week, SIP and Downtown Kindergarteners took field trips to the fire station. 

Getting to know our firefighters never stops being cool.  The uniforms, the tools, the bright, shiny red truck. These are moments that no book or picture can capture. 

SIP Kindergarten even experienced seeing firefighters in action during their visit when the station received an emergency call while we they were at the station. This was a great opportunity for all students to get to know our community and for SIP students to learn a lot of vocabulary in Spanish.
