On Friday, November 15th, the Lower School welcomed the Lehigh Valley Phantoms for a special assembly on the team's G.O.A.L. (Get Out and Live) Program sponsored by Lehigh Valley Health Network.
G.O.A.L. is designed to educate students in kindergarten through fifth grade on healthy eating and living habits. The Phantoms' mascot, meLVin, teaches kids all about five choices they can make to live a healthier life with fun skits, video clips and the help of the program’s emcee, Phantoms Community and Public Relations Manager Mike Ianniello:
1. Smart Start
2. Strive for 5
3. The Clear Choice
4. 60 Minute Power Play
5. Cap the Screen Time
The students had a fun time with meLVin and really enjoyed the informative and fun presentation!
