Our third and fourth-grade students were very excited about being at Greenkill Retreat Center in New York for their overnight.
On Thursday, October 10th and Friday, October 11th, they explored activities involving a mix of ecology, history, and adventure. We held a Dutch Auction, a team competition of high energy and creativity, and a Town Meeting where they learned about politics, current events, and environmental impacts on land.
The students' favorite parts? They got to sleep in bunk beds and eat awesome food!
