Passover this year begins the evening of April 5, and continues through nightfall on April 13.
While Moravian Academy does not have a kosher kitchen, we do offer special lunch options for those who celebrate Passover. The menu includes lunch offerings each school day (April 6, 11, 12, and 13) that do not include bread or breading, do not mix meat and dairy, and do not contain pork or shellfish. Students, faculty and staff members may consult the menu in advance, or ask a member of the dining staff, as they go through the food line, "What's good for Passover today?" There will also be Matzah and Matzo Ball Soup available daily. Thank you to our supportive dining room staff members for making this option available for students, faculty and staff members.
