Our Middle School orchestra persevered beyond their circumstances with laser-focus to create stellar year-end projects.
Their project goal:
- Get familiar with an open-source music-writing software (Noteflight, MuseScore or Flat softwares)
- Create 7 measures of music to add to the first measure supplied by me
- Play those 8 measures live in class
- Create another 8 measures for a total of 16 measures
- Play those 16 measures live in class
- Make a video of their performance of their 16-measure creation
