On Saturday, February 1st, the Quiz Bowl team traveled to Wallenpaupack High School to compete against many teams from all over the tri-state area. 

As would be expected, the team enjoyed much success that day. Alex Adams ‘20 placed third in average points per game out of the students from all schools attending. In addition, our “A” Team of Alex Adams ‘20, Neil Deshmukh ‘20, Rhea Malhotra ‘20, and Angela Chen ‘21 ended the day in a three-way tie for second place for the day in terms of number of rounds won, and placed fourth overall in average points per game. 

Our Quiz Bowl “B” Team of Samit Mohaptra ‘22, DeDee Hoffman '21, Maclaine Oskin ‘21, Okezue Bell ‘23, and Wisdom Ufondu ‘23 had a very competitive day.  After being reseeded from the morning rounds, these team members won each and every of their afternoon rounds!
