Studying abroad always promises to be an enriching learning experience, often in unexpected ways! I remember one of the first times I traveled to Peru with students. There was a rush of excitement at the thought of our excursion of the Sacred Valley, trying different foods, and, of course, our excursion to Machu Picchu. One of our flights was delayed, extending our stay in Lima a day longer than expected. With the extra time, we turned our attention to what we would do for the day and discovered a fantastic cooking class that would become a staple of all of my Peru trips--including the one happening this spring.
Exquisite discoveries await on our next trip! Additional details will be shared soon. If interested in traveling, please email Dr. Rojo.
