The Moravian Academy Chapter of DECA attended the State Conference in Hershey, PA on Feb. 21-23. We had 59 students representing our school in a wide variety of categories ranging from financial literacy events to robust start up business plans, franchise business plans, and independent marketing campaigns.
The event, hosted yearly at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, was the largest ever for PA DECA with over 3,500 competitors. This made an already stiff competition even more challenging! True to form, Moravian Academy students did an amazing job not only representing us as school ambassadors but shining in their presentations and role plays.
The following students were recognized as finalists in their categories:
The following students placed in the top 4 in the entire state of Pennsylvania and will be representing Moravian Academy’s DECA Chapter in Anaheim, CA on April 27-30 at the ICDC Convention.
We want to wish a big MA congratulations to these amazing entrepreneurs.
