Upper School picture days will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 14th and 15th!

Notes for Picture Day

• Students must be in formal dress from the waist up for their photos.  Formal Dress is described in the Student/Parent Handbook 2021-22 on page 17:

“...Tops: Collared shirts and dresses: button-up or polo style. Dresses without collars that have appropriate necklines and sleeves that cover the shoulders may be worn…

Formal additions must include one of the following: tie, scarf, blazer, cardigan, shawl.”

• Please direct questions regarding the dress code requirement to Mr. Axford, Dean of Students, at daxford@mamail.net.

• Students will be instructed at school regarding when to have their photos taken.

• All students must have their photos taken, even if they do not intend to purchase the photos.  The students’ photos are used for their school ID cards and for our database.

• If you would rather wait to order pictures, you may order after you receive the proofs.  

• Photo packages and proofs will arrive the week of October  4th.

• If you would prefer to order via paper form and pay by check, money order or cash, kindly contact Christmas City Studio Customer Service at 610-691-2109 or customerservice@christmascitystudio.com.

• For students who have relatives in Military Service who are away from home, Christmas City Studio offers a complimentary package to send to your loved one.  Please contact me at ccondon@mamail.net for more information.

Information Regarding Photo Retakes

• If you do not like the photo taken on September 14th, you may return the full photo package to school.  You may have a retake on Picture Retake Day: Tuesday, October 26th.  The photo package for which you paid will be produced with the retake image at no additional cost.  Retake photo arrival will be in early December.
