Most of us feel that we don’t have 5 seconds let alone five minutes to take for ourselves. Mindfulness is essential for our wellbeing and can be done in just a few moments each day. By practicing mindfulness, you can reduce stress, better regulate your emotions and increase your overall happiness and wellbeing. This session will provide you with some much needed calm amidst a busy day.
