Fitness & Sports Performance Metabolic Training with John Graham On Microsoft Teams. Live Classes Will Be Provided Monday & Wednesday at 6:00 PM, Friday at 4:00 PM & Saturday at 10:00 AM through June 30.
Fitness & Sports Performance Metabolic Training combines’ higher intensity strength and metabolic intervals to produce maximum gains in muscle development, strength, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Program format is designed to provide supreme improvements in fitness & sports conditioning. Safety is a priority - therefore posture, proper form, technique are stressed and reinforced throughout the class though tempo is quick.
