WHO 

Joyful Giving (www.4joyfulgiving.org) is a volunteer based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that packages essential items that look and feel like gifts with the intention of creating joy. Community Service Elective has partnered with Joyful Giving to bring Joy Making to the Swain Community by making Joy Maker bags that go out into the Lehigh Valley.

WHAT 

We will be making Joy Maker Bags on Harvest Feast Day with our buddies! Some examples are below. We are raising money to purchase the essential items going in our Joy Maker Bags.

IMPACT

For the Joy Makers - Motivation to continue to give back to the greater Lehigh Valley community. For the recipient - to feel special and know that someone is thinking of them.

TREAT

Although we do not fundraise to win a prize, if grades PS-5 raise $1,000.00, they get a pajama day with hot chocolate/apple cider and cookies. In middle school if the grade raises $300.00, they receive the same fun day.
