Dr. Juan Rojo on the Merle-Smith Campus, Barbara Medina on the Downtown Campus, and Heather Manning on the Swain Campus have been named to the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice & Belonging Team as Diversity Coordinators.

I am honored to be partnering with diversity coordinators at each campus, forming Moravian Academy’s first Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice & Belonging Team for school-year 2022-2023.  By facilitating conversations, providing guidance & resources, our coordinators will work with me to support faculty, staff, students and families as we cultivate a climate of equity culture of belonging for everyone. 

It is imperative to the team that all community members, including those from non-normative backgrounds, don't just feel accepted, but feel represented in all aspects of the Moravian experience.
