Last week, the children had a lot of fun creating their self-portraits that we used Thursday evening during Back-to-School Night.

In second grade, the students really enjoy the activity of creating their own portraits, and they especially LOVE the idea of their families recognizing them.

While you skim the photos, you can notice and appreciate the unique details each student added. It is interesting to see how well they came out considering they did not use a mirror! Needless to say, the students had a great time reflecting on the characteristics that make them special.
