Time for more after school fun to bring in the new year! Check out our new offerings for another group of Swain Explorations. Please read each description for program length. 

All students who register for Swain Explorations will transfer directly to their exploration class under the direction of their homeroom teacher or advisor during dismissal.  At the conclusion of each class, students will be taken to the front entrance for dismissal by their Swain Explorations teacher. 

If students are not promptly picked within five minutes of the conclusion of their class, they will be taken to Extended Care and rates will incur.  You may choose to automatically send your child to Extended Care; check the appropriate box on the registration form. 

To register for any of our classes, please use the form linked HERE. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed and accepted.   Registration will remain open until the class is filled. The cost for Swain Explorations classes will be automatically added to the student’s bill.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All of the classes have a minimum and maximum number of students who can enroll. If the minimum number is not reached, we will have to cancel that particular class. Classes that exceed the maximum enrollment will have a waiting list. Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Swain Explorations Available: 

Make and Create with Ms. Harding

Creative hands will make things to keep or give to someone special. These DIY projects will inspire and boost confidence. From chocolates to decorations, children will take creativity into their own hands. Creating an environment where students have free range to express themselves through projects is an exciting experience. Sign up and let's get creating!  (6 sessions: January 4,6,11,13,18,20)

Pre-Kindergarten-1st grade Tuesday/Thursday:3:30-4:30 pm 

Cost: $170

Minimum: 6 students

Art Explorations with Ms. Lande

Let's get creative while exploring drawing, painting and sculpture! We will learn new techniques in watercolor and acrylics, draw with charcoal and build sculptures with clay. Learn to see the world through the eyes of an artist! (6 Sessions: January; 3,10,24,31  February; 7,14) 

Grades 2-5 Monday: 3:30-4:30 pm 

Cost: $170

Minimum: 5 students
