Swain VIP Day is May 13, 2022.  The Swain School Campus welcomes family and friends to our annual VIP Day! Join us to celebrate your students and those "very important people" who love them.

While on campus, our very special guests will have the opportunity to participate in a classroom activity, visit the Swain Art Show, and enjoy a spring musical performance. 

If you plan on attending VIP Day, please complete our registration form using the link below.  Your registration will help up plan, prepare, setup, and ensure an enjoyable day for everyone!  

VIP Day FAQs:

What does my student need to wear for VIP Day? Students in K - 8 will need to wear their normal day school uniform, but we strongly recommend Special Dress Uniform for this important day! Students in Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten are not required to wear a uniform. 

Who is considered a VIP? A VIP is any "very important person" in a student's life.  That could be a parent, sibling, grandparent, aunt/uncle, guardian, other family members, etc.  

Is there a maximum number of VIPs per student that can attend?  Yes, we ask that families limit their attendance to 5 VIPs per family. 

Is there assigned seating for the music performances?  No, seating for the music performances are first come first served. 

Can I take pictures and video during VIP Day?  Yes, absolutely!  Take as many pictures and video as you wish.  And please post and share them on social media and tag The Swain School and Moravian Academy. 

Will there be extended care after school?  Yes, extended care will be available until 1:00 PM.  Regular rates apply.  Please complete THIS FORM if you will need extended care on this day.
