2019 Lower School GeoBee
February 08, 2019
Each year, our fourth and fifth-grade students participate in National Geographic’s GeoBee, a nationwide competition that requires students (Grades 4-8) across the country to answer challenging questions about U.S. and world geography.
In the Lower School, the fourth-grade class finalists were Lily Razavi ’27 and Gavin Cascino ’27, and the fifth-grade finalists were Emma Grandin ’26, Chloee Dahl ’26 and Aveer Chadha ’26.
In our final competition:
- Chloee was our third-place winner;
- Lily was our second-place winner; and
- Aveer was our first place winner and school champion!
Thank you to all students who participated in this competition, and congratulations again to our top performers!
