Students in the AP Spanish Language & Culture course read the novel Como agua para chocolate (Like water for chocolate) by Mexican author, Laura Esquivel. After reading the novel in Spanish, students created and self-published a website to summarize, analyze, and teach the novel, which included character biographies, character diaries, cooking demonstrations, teaching/study suggestions, a graphic version of the novel, and more.

Once complete, they also peer-edited each other's work. The students worked very hard and proud to publish this multifaceted website which they hope will be helpful to future classes and any students who are studying the novel.
