Second-grade students began their government simulation this week by coming up with three things they are passionate about on the Swain Campus. Miss Buczynski took that information and assigned each student to a committee. Along with their committee assignments students were deemed as either a legislator or senator.
After mastering their unit on graphs, second grade students on the Swain Campus put these new math skills to the test when they open their very own donut shop!
On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, Allentown Mayor, Matt Tuerk visited the Swain Campus second grade to discuss local government.
