Please join us in welcoming Chef Ben Leffler as Moravian Academy's new executive chef. Chef Ben comes to Moravian Academy with more than 20 years of experience in the food industry. Most recently, he worked at Kutztown University, where he brought national recognition to their dining program through numerous awards and recognitions, including crafting one of Food Management Magazine’s Reader’s Choice Best Sandwiches. Chef Ben is eager to join the Moravian Academy community and hopes to bring sustainable, nutritious, and creative meals to its members. He is ready to create a sustainable program to help in reducing our environmental impact and engage with the students through food education, activities, and exciting events.

When Chef Ben is not in the kitchen, he can be found exploring local hiking trails, farmers markets, and food scenes with his wife, Jenn, and daughters, Allison and Iris, or preparing for his next half marathon!
