As you know, we are working with Crane + Peters to develop brand messaging and visual assets that will help unify our campuses while also showcasing the distinctive features of each. Here is an update on where we are in that process, the outcomes so far, and what’s coming next.

 

Last winter, members of the C+P team came for an in-person visit to all three campuses. They then conducted focus groups, via Zoom, with constituents from all three campuses. Many of you participated in those focus groups, for which we’re very grateful.

 

The attached Insights + Implications Paper reflects a summary of the results of those meetings. The document outlines and analyzes direct, anonymous quotes from parents, students, faculty, staff, and administrators on all three campuses, highlighting common threads as well as outstanding questions stakeholders voiced. It’s clear from this report that our community possesses uncommon resilience and a deep commitment to the success of each of our students. Our families, faculty members, staff, and administrators remain willing and eager to embrace the many possibilities that the merger offers.

Now that the discovery phase is complete, C+P will begin developing concepts for all-school and campus-specific messaging. This will be a months-long, iterative process, during which the team will present prototypes to MA leadership, receive feedback, and make adjustments. After the MA leadership team approves the strategic direction, C+P will produce materials, including an updated logo suite, a refreshed website, a new admissions print piece, and other print and digital collateral. The rollout of this work is currently planned for early autumn.
