Every year we celebrate Field Day, and every year we seem to top the last with the memories, the competition, and the sense of community that comes from the event. 

This year, however, we can truly say the day felt pivotal. It was the first time all year that every member of our campus came together for a singular cause. This in itself felt freeing, but it also marked the first event we allowed students and teachers to unmask outside since the Fall. 

Seeing the smiles and laughs of our fellow Swain family members felt like the start of normalcy and the end of so many limitations. In many ways, this year's Field Day felt like a reunion of sorts. (And watching Dr. Webster get in that dunk tank was the cherry.) Until next year, fam.
