Students in fourth grade started out the year by looking back through the lenses of their summer sunglasses.

Students developed an original sunglass design, creating a scene from their summer adventures in each lens.  This project offered a wonderful segue into our school year and allowed the students to begin applying several artistic elements and skills, including line, color, shape, and unity just to name a few.

These are just the first of many artistic creations to come.
