Native American Exploration Project 2023

January 07, 2024

We are thrilled to share the remarkable achievements of our students as they successfully completed the Native American exploration project, delving into the rich history of the first people in Pennsylvania.

Throughout this engaging project, our students embarked on a fascinating journey through the Paleo, Archaic, and Woodland periods, conducting in-depth research and gaining hands-on experience during our field trips to noteworthy locations like Waterloo Village and the Museum of Indian Culture.

Their dedication and hard work culminated in the creation of diverse exploration models, showcasing their profound understanding of the subject matter. These models not only reflected the evolution of Native American cultures but also served as a testament to the immersive learning experiences our students embraced.

To add to the excitement, our students had the wonderful opportunity to present their exploration models in front of their families last week, demonstrating the depth of knowledge and skills they acquired throughout this enriching project.

We are incredibly proud of their achievements and the creativity they exhibited in connecting their acquired expertise. A big thank you to our students, and their families for making this project a resounding success!
