What we're curious about
We were thrilled to have the second graders from the Swain Campus visit our Downtown Campus! Our theme for the day was Our Community which allowed us to take a walking tour of our campus and explore our surroundings.
Fifth grade students on the Swain Campus gathered with their families to share their personal narratives during a luncheon in Roger's Common. Lunch was provided by our kitchen staff and featured various Asian dishes that students were familiar with from our Asian studies curriculum.
The candles are glowing, carols fill the air, Santa Claus is on campus, and familiar stories of hope are told and retold. After two years of creative adaptations due to the pandemic, our favorite holiday traditions have returned to the Downtown and Merle-Smith Campuses with all the peace, hope, joy and love of the season.
