What we're curious about
Nick Lucas has been teaching in the Social Studies Department at Moravian Academy for seven years, including serving as a sixth-grade teacher for five years and a seventh-grade teacher since 2018. In addition to teaching, Mr. Lucas also serves as the seventh-grade dean, teaches an elective on Bethlehem history, coordinates the Social Studies Department, and is a seventh-grade advisor.
Kindergarteners are a notoriously curious bunch. Some of the best ideas and experiences in the classroom have come from spontaneous curiosity, especially when everyone is seated at the lunch table. I wonder what would happen if… is a phrase that can be heard regularly at lunchtime.
Nine members of the Upper School field hockey team, along with myself, Coach Barnhardt and a few parent supporters, attended the Angel 34 Olympics on Sunday, September 29th.
