Moravian Academy was well represented by both Middle and Upper School students at the Lehigh Valley Science and Engineering Fair held on Saturday, March 16th at Lehigh University’s Rauch Field House.
Twenty-six students from the Middle School and 16 students from the Upper School presented research projects at the PJAS (Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science) – Region 3 competition held at Northampton Community College on Saturday, February 23rd. Student presentation topics included math, computer science, engineering, biochemistry, botany, chemistry, microbiology, physics and behavioral science.
The snow couldn’t stop Moravian Academy from winning several awards last week at the 2019 Pennsylvania DECA State Career Development Conference taking place on February 20-22 in Hershey, PA. Moravian Academy students arrived a day late to the conference and scrambled to complete all the necessary testing and presentations in limited time. Despite the untimely snowstorm, our DECA chapter showed off their powerful business skills and took home 10 awards!
