On Wednesday, February 24, Upper School students discussed implicit bias during advisory. 

Students learned about implicit bias and discussed times when they had felt misjudged or like someone had made an assumption without knowing them. They engaged with case studies and thoughtfully responded to discussion questions before being presented with additional resources to further their understanding of implicit bias and how to combat it.
