We recently participated in a service project in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. After learning the story of Jen Rubino, the founder of the organization Cards for Hospitalized Kids, we created cards with encouraging messages. The cards will be mailed to the organization, which will deliver them to hospitals around the U.S.
Over the past decade, Upper School students have donated artwork to Healing Through The Arts, a non-profit that provides free art to healthcare workers and others to inspire hope and calm. Students participated again this year, one where hope and inspiration are in great demand.
Moravian Academy's Service Club, led by juniors Vinnie Lamberti '22 and Sophia Brands '22, spent a few hours cleaning up along the Lehigh River in the Hugh Moore Canal Park over winter break. It was a great way to stay connected over break and make a positive impact. Good times and great work!
