Our fifth graders had the unique opportunity to connect their work and learning in MABC, our Lower School Broadcasting Company, with a field trip to Lehigh Valley Public Television Channel 39, last Thursday, February 20th.
In an article entitled "7 Lessons Playing Sports Will Teach You" author Haille Saal, states "discipline, respect, friendship, overcoming adversity, leadership, resilience and teamwork - are developed in all sports." Each listed skill is valuable in athletics, in the classroom, and also in life.
Students in Pre-kindergarten through Grade 3 were treated to an assembly about water safety provided by the Goldfish Swim School in Bethlehem this past Friday.
