Congratulations to Elysse Abraham ’20 for her donated water color painting entitled “The Path to Beauty,” which received The Judges’ Award and placed third in the 2019 9th Annual Hope & Healing Juried Art Show.
Based on awards they received at the local Lehigh Valley Science and Engineering Fair on March 18, thirteen Moravian Academy Middle and Upper School students moved on to the Delaware Valley Science Fair this past week. This fair was held at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA from April 2 to April 4 and is sponsored by Drexel University. Along with hundreds of other students from the larger regional area, Moravian Academy students’ projects were judged by subject area professionals.
Twenty Upper School students represented Moravian Academy at the 2019 Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) State Leadership Conference on Thursday, April 3rd through Friday, April 5th. The theme of this year’s conference, held at the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge and Event Center in King of Prussia, PA, was “Define Your Purpose.”
