The Engineering in Medicine and Biology (EMB) Club has been hosting our annual EMB mini after-school program for fourth and fifth graders at the Downtown Campus (grades 1-5).

They get the opportunity to engage in hands-on projects and experiments, free of charge, with Merle-Smith Campus students. During week 1, learners worked on an egg drop experiment. For week 2, they built bridges, and this week they built boats.

The club is led by me (Rayna Malhotra '24) and Michael Alchaer '23. The after-school program is led by Upper School volunteers in the EMB Club.
