Our Developmental Designs training taught us that fun should be an important part of our circle meetings. As many of the games we learned require close contact among the participants, the pandemic has made finding appropriate games more of a challenge.
Here are some pictures from our Eighth Grade French students who "travelled" to Paris this past week. Some sent in pictures from their Parisian apartment, some visited some famous landmarks, and others did some typical Parisian activities.
This week, Post-SIP Fifth Grade attended a Virtual Author Talk with Vashti Harrison, the author of the Little Leaders series and the illustrator for books such as Sulwe and Hair Love. The event was part of FligGrid's Virtual Field Trip series to celebrate World Read Aloud Day.
