This week, Preschool went on a fall scavenger hunt around campus, taking in the beauty of the Downtown Campus while exploring signs of fall all around us.

We used some of the items that we found on the scavenger hunt to learn about density and molecules for our “Sink or Float” science experiment. Each student was able to choose a fall-related object, make a prediction if the object would sink or float, and test their prediction by placing the object in a container of water.

Mrs. Bauer was able to photograph each student, excitedly testing their object to see if they correctly predicted the fate of their chosen object.
