Vince Menichelli '22 Named DAR Good Citizen Award Recipient
Congratulations to Vince Menichelli '22 on being selected by his peers as the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Good Citizen Award Recipient.
The DAR Good Citizen Award is granted to a student for possessing the qualities of good citizenship, dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism. The administrative team on the Merle-Smith Campus considered these qualities when nominating three finalists for the award: Diana Lopez '22, Vinny Lamberti '22, and Vince Menichelli '22.
"It was an impressive slate," said Dylan Deal, Director of the Merle-Smith Campus. "All three of the candidates are wonderful citizens and students."
Members of the Class of 2022 were then invited to vote for the 2021-22 award recipient, and Menichelli was selected by his peers as the winner.
"I have tremendous respect for Vince. He is a dependable young man who is always looking to help where he can," says Deal.
In response to being selected as this year's winner, Menichelli says, "Thank you to all my peers who selected me for this award. It means a lot to me, and I am very grateful."
