Students in our Upper School’s Special Needs Awareness Club (SNAC, formerly called Moravian Angels) recently brainstormed ways they could partake in community outreach during the COVID-19 pandemic and virtual school experience.
This week, my French 2 classes concluded our unit on technology and transportation through a special Virtual School (École virtuelle) Zoom session.
In the Solitude and Loneliness class last semester, we read novelist and critic Doris Grumbach’s Fifty Days of Solitude, a slim volume of her personal experiment to self-isolate in her coastal Maine farmhouse during the winter of 1993.
