Good afternoon, Upper School parents, College Financial Aid Information Night was held on Tuesday, October 20, from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. This was a special virtual event hosted by our College Counseling Office.
Next week (Monday), we are launching a new after school session, the Homework Lab, which is designed to provide academic coaching for any interested students. The Homework Lab will be staffed by me and some of our Teaching Assistants. We will meet in Fuisz Library, and via Zoom, from 3:15 - 5:00pm. This is a purely drop-in service, no sign-ups are necessary. We will work on time/task management, assignment planning, organization of materials, calendar/schedule set-up, note-taking strategies, and exam preparation. This won't operate as a class, those of us staffing the Lab will work with you individually.
Lindsay Lee is in her first year as a member of the Student Support Team at Moravian Academy. She will be working at the Upper School as a counselor.
