The swim team celebrated the season with a picnic dinner on June 2, 2021. The team had a lot to celebrate, with a season of highlights that includes:

The Varsity Boys and Girls Swim Teams both earned national recognition for their academics this year. The National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association of America awarded both teams the Gold Level Scholar Team Award for collectively achieving a team GPA above a 3.75. Both the teams had a 3.88 this season.

Seniors Lila Mangino '21, Pepper Ritchey '21, and Alek Krupka '21 were awarded Academic All American by NISCA (National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association of America) for being varsity swimmers and maintaining over a 3.75 throughout their four years of high school. 

Alexa Fegley '22 was awarded All-State in Diving with her bronze medal, and Cece Traub '24 was awarded Honorable Mention All-State in the 200 IM.

At the picnic dinner, the MVP was awarded to Cece Traub '24 and Armaan Pander '21. Coaches Awards were given to Pepper Ritchey '21, Alek Krupka '21, and Aidan Rodrigues '24 (Wilson). The MIP awards went to Marley Gardner '24 and Eli Zemsky '23.

A special thank you goes to our captains, Armaan Pander '21, Nic Murgia '22 (Wilson), Anna Shoudt '21 (Wilson), Jade Ware '21 (Wilson), and Lila Mangino '21, who led us through an interesting pandemic year. We will miss our senior swimmers tremendously. Congrats to all on an amazing season!
