International Club Makes Pasta from Scratch
This week the International Club took a trip to Italy to take on the fun endeavor of making fresh pasta!
While making sure we stayed safe, we all distanced and wore gloves, and had our own separate utensils and supplies. Thanks to the help of our club advisor, Mrs. Schanta, we were able to have all of our ingredients readily available and portioned out to ensure our cooking adventure went smoothly.
All of the club members were having so much fun kneading pasta dough and embracing their culinary sides. As president of the club, I taught everyone many new cooking techniques ranging from cracking eggs with one hand to precisely measuring flour without a scale.
We hope to continue learning how to prepare international dishes in our future club meetings!
