The Moravian Debate Team continued their success at two recent tournaments. 

At Phillipsburg High School on December 21st, Alex Teleo '20, Neha Skandan '21 and Nik Surya '21, Sophie Lee '22, Anna Mayer '22, Okezue Bell '23, Rohan Mehta '23, Simon Ndi '23, Evania Raskapur '23, Nabeel Rifai '23, and Wisdom Ufondu '23 competed against students from other area high schools in the formats of Lincoln-Douglas, Public Forum and Original Oratory. Neha came in second and Rohan came in fifth in Lincoln-Douglas.

At Hunterdon High School on January 4th, Evan Edelman 20, Julius Ewungkem '20, Rhea Malhotra 20, Avi Singh '20, William Werner 20,  Emily Alchaer '21, Neha Skandan '21, Okezue Bell '23 and Wisdom Ufondu '23 competed in Lincoln-Douglas and Public Forum style debates. Tom Smith '20 assisted as a judge. Neha finished 4th in Lincoln Douglas. 

The debate team is energized by our volunteer judges and the strong commitment from students. The MA Debate Team is looking forward to success at future tournaments.
